Supreme merchandising warmers feature an adjustable thermostat that senses the temperature of the food and turns a 220 watt heating element on or off as needed to eliminate burning or scorching.

Food-Grade Stainless Steel
The body is made of stainless steel, with a brushed surface. Pump part in contact with food are made of 304 stainless steel. Not easy to rust.
